HARE KRISHNA CULT EXPOSED

Since the founding of the Hare Krishna/ISKCON cult more than 50 years ago, critics have exposed numerous cases of child abuse, degradation of women, racism, and its well-known fundraising scams. Unknown to many, these practices originated from the doctrines and directives of the cult’s founder, A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami.

About Me

Many thanks for visiting this blog! For the past 18 years, I have written more than 50 essays detailing my experiences as a Hare Krishna devotee from the ages of 14-27.. My only motivation is to spare others the grief I suffered and the aftermath. Here is a bit of advice: Beware of easy fixes in spiritual matters as you would avoid them when planning your finances. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. Simply chanting a mantra and worshiping idols and gurus cannot fool the Almighty; neither will donating to build massive temples in India where most of the rural poor lack toilets and clean water. Armed with the sword of truth, in these essays I attempt to reveal the misinformation and methods of indoctrination cults use to suffocate rational thought. Welcome aboard!
